Beautification of Outdoor Seating Area

Project goal:

Create a shaded play and seating area on hospital grounds for patients, doctors and visitors to enjoy. All play equipment must have full coverage. Poured rubber surface must be protected.

Solution:

Based on the unique layout of the space and pre-installed play and seating fixtures, shade sails were the optimal solution. We fabricated and installed 15 triangle sails that beautifully complimented the property. Due to poured rubber surface, standard installation could not be used. We brought in a monster crane to help lift the columns into place with minimal impact on the surface.
